Amy Marshall
Community Manager
Amy Marshall joined HHHunt in March 2022 as Assistant Manager at Abberly CenterPointe and was promoted to the Community Manager position at Abberly Twin Hickory in 2024. She has been in property management since 2018 and received HHHunt’s 2022 Assistant Manager of the Year Award. Prior to her property management career, Amy spent 11 years as a Senior Communications Officer with Henrico County Division of Police. She enjoys helping residents “love where they live”, and her nickname is Amy “Crocker” due to her love of cooking and baking for others. Amy enjoys spending time at the beach, fall festivals, and free time with her family, friends and cat, Sox.
Bianca Duvall
Assistant Community Manager
Meet Bianca, our dedicated assistant community manager! With a background in multifamily housing and real estate since 2019, Bianca brings both experience and enthusiasm to the community. A proud cat mom, she’s also a passionate PC gamer and avid traveler—a love sparked by her military upbringing. Bianca is passionate about working for HHHunt and takes pride in creating a welcoming and warm environment for every guest and resident.
Thalia Gordon
Leasing Consultant
Thalia has recently joined the team, bringing 6 years of experience and a strong background in hospitality. Having grown up in Richmond, Virginia, she offers valuable local insight and enjoys helping others feel right at home. In her free time, Thalia enjoys exploring the area and spending time with family and friends.
Shannon Wilson
Service Manager
Shannon Wilson joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Twin Hickory in April 2019 as the Service Manager. He was born and raised in Loxley, Alabama but moved to Richmond, VA in 2003. He brings over 16 years of experience in the property management industry and he holds certifications in EPA/CFC, Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Pool and Spa Inspection and Pool Field Service. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and two grandchildren, as well as pursuing his passions for fishing, hiking and all things outdoors.
Daniel Montiel
Assistant Service Manager
Daniel Montiel began his career with HHHunt at Abberly Twin Hickory as a Groundskeeper and has since earned a promotion to Assistant Service Manager. A native of Henrico, VA, Daniel joined the team after graduating from the Hermitage Technical Center with an HVAC certification. Outside of work, he’s passionate about weightlifting and enjoys the adventure of mountain biking.
Shane Jones
Service Technician
George Jones, who goes by his middle name Shane, joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Twin Hickory as a Service Associate in May 2017. He lives in Hanover County with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his kids, staying active through sports and embracing all kinds of outdoor activities.
Jamar Morris
Service Technician
Jamar is a dedicated Service Technician at Abberly Twin Hickory. A proud Richmond, Virginia native, Jamar brings strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service to the community he serves. Outside of work, Jamar is a family‑oriented father of three—one son and two daughters—who keep him motivated and inspired. In his free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and watching football. He’s also an enthusiastic supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles—Go Birds! 🦅
